We have the right to fly the flag on our own properties!
Hawaii House Bill 2311 would give homeowners the right to fly the American flag or the Hawaii State Flag on their properties in Hawaii.

This is important and necessary for us to honor veterans, family, and friends that are fighting a war abroad and sacrificing for us each day.
The bill does not override homeowner’s association rules! It retains their authority to regulate displays and maintain the aesthetic standards of the community.
